David Glenn Ware is a scammer. He's lived in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and now Southern California, and scammed and conned his way through all these states.in Arizona, he ran a mortgage company called Regal Mortgage got his business and broker's license revoked, and was sued by the state, losing a judgement of $10,000, and paid nothing. He also rented an office failing to pay rent, lost that judgement as well, and never paid that either. He then skipped out to Southern California. Where he continued to rip people off.
