Almost all of the situations written about have happened to us. These people are NASTY and supervisors will not return calls or answer their phones. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I would pay a higher interest rate just to get with a bank of our choice. Even if you have a small complaint about this company write it on here as there is power in numbers.
