Received an offer for a credit line for $5,000.00 from Capital Choice Consumer Credit in Miami, FL. This was before Thanksgiving. Anbout 2 weeks before Christmas, I mailed in the form with $49 processing fee. Still have not received any information or the credit card. On the form I received, there is NO phone number and the address is 7349 NW 34th Street, Miami, FL 33122. Please e-mail me any information regarding this company that you might have.
