Based upon what I have read

Based upon what I have read of the complaints and responses, it seems to me that there are some things not quite right at this company. Some people complain about the way they were treated. Then a response from company individuals demand names, then the complainant provide the names, then the person they complain about response saying they had nothing to do with the process.

The Red flag here is customer service. If there was a mix up, I did not see a POC towards someone who could resolve the situation. Is there one person who ran into a problem that was provided the support they required and got things fixed? Those that felt they were treated ok are fine, but it seems to me to be a crap shoot. If they promises were not kept, why? If funds were lost, why? I cannot see these people just complaining for the hell of it. There seems to be more than meets the eye here. Certificates and Awards do not mean a thing. The best award is customer satisfaction directly. Not through any award section.

I just received a letter from Flagship Financial and decided to check them out. I am glad I did. I cannot afford to waste money or lose points in my credit because of broken promises and misdirections. No matter the rebuttals against the customers complaining, there is clearly an issue that is warning to all, don't walk, but run from them.
