Funds Transfer Bug

For the past couple of months the Funds Transfer function on the US Direct Express web site has been limited to 9 digit account numbers rendering it completely useless to me, and Im sure many other people who are collecting their benefits through US Direct Express, since the accounts I was transferring money to before they imposed this stupid limitation all have 10 digit account numbers. I brought this issue up with their customer support people just after noticing it and was told theyd make note of it. So far nothing has been done.

I find it appalling that a service trusted to help distribute Social Security Disability benefits doesnt seem willing to accommodate ALL the consumers who use their web site. I havent yet had any serious issues with US Direct Express but this inconvenience qualifies as a significant one in my opinion. I hope this post draws the attention of someone in US Direct Express who can expedite getting this issue corrected. Im also wondering if and when they plan to actually set up the Bill Pay function, which Ive been waiting for since I first started collecting benefits over 2 years ago.
