My husband lost his direct express card

My husband lost his direct express card on the 7th of nov, we called this company for a replacement and to no avail sine the 7th have we received a replacement card, we have faxed to 2 pieces of id to direct express 4 times now mind u this card has his social security funds on it $1563 dollars which is sitting at the direct express office. When this company received the faxes they said the faxes are to dark, they cannot read them. I went to a differnt company and ard refaxed the 2 peices of id that was requested and mind u have to wait 48 hours business days only we have waited a total of 192 hours and still have not received his replacement card. The last day of going back and forth faxing th 2 peices of ids and waiting 48 hours, was this past fri we call tues i hope this issue can be resolved and I will NEVER deal with direct express again matter of fact i took my husband down to the social security offfce and cancelled ther services, this is the only income he has and he cannot pay his rent or anything due to this company and ther crap, so all beware of direct express what seem like a quick fix can turn into a nightmare.
