We are requesting to have homequity funding corp peter scognamillo investigated in the county of san diego california we want him to be stopped he charges more 13%and up on interest rates for doing loans and before he gives you a loan he need one property to be free and clear and to give you a loan... He is a shark lender and does fraud. He takes advantage of senior and hispanic people and has threatened homeowners to foreclosed on there properties... He need to be investigated.
