I've been a great client of Macyis for over 20 years and also have compensated promptly each month. Anyhow, 8 weeks before I owed $1400 on my consideration and paid $1225. The following month (March 30 - cost due April 8) I paid $20 when I believed which was what I owed. For that previous three times I'm getting several telephone calls from the quantity in California and so I chose to call it today. About the other conclusion were workers with such heavy highlights I really could hardly comprehend them (Macy's credit reps). I had been &told I never created my cost for May which is due today with late charges so when am I likely to spend, etc etc. Being ridiculous.
And So I tested with on line bank and all was good. I called back after which was informed I never created a cost in february-which triggered each month to become overdue. False. I've the evidence. They continued and on and on looking to get me to create a cost within the telephone. I told them I'd not till I named tomorrow. Well, i recognize the mistake today. I created the May cost promptly however for $20 also it was $25 - I had been $5 overdue. For this I'd such terrible agravation today I'm rescheduling my card with Macy's tomorrow.
After 21 years pity in it.
