These people are evil incarnate - they are associated politically with local media news, so exposure will never be an option there - they need to be reported to John Stossel, Chris Hansen, or other "national" news consumer advocate or representative, so that thhis company will get the negative exposure and "come-uppance" that it deserves, for the way it has treated people with its practices.
