Our loan was also bought from Chase by 21st Mortgage. I am just about convinced that 21st Mortgage is owned by the enemy (or an unfriendly foreign country). Immature, rude, nasty employees (most) - who trains these people? We got calls from 5am - 11pm, several times a day. This company needs serious restructuring and training —from top to bottom. Something really needs to be done with this Mortgage company, they are driving people crazy with their tactics. Sharing private/personal financial information with family, neighbors, and your workplace is just wrong. It's embarrassing and causes great damage.
