I know I am not the only one that was ripped off of my hard earned money for hours. No DAYS of hard work for a company that Ken Germain let employees close mortgage loans that he made thousands from and NEVER got a final paycheck! Only to find out from the Department of Labor that my claim for money owed had to be handled in BK court since Derrick Strauss filed for bankruptcy March 8th!!
