I recieved the same letter that another customer recieved and when I tried to take care of the problem the company was unavailable. They wil call every 15 min to get you to pay by check over the phone and when you do they charge you 12 dollars to do it without telling that there is going to be a fee for that!
If you are in the market for a new card do not get one from them they are horrible.
