I purchased a fondue pot maker (92 piece set) from TV Market Place on July 19th.
UPS delivered the package damaged and I refused the package. Only 1/2 of the items were included.
I have emailed the company four times (no response). Called their "customer service line" their mailbox is full. Tried their "live chat" I recieved a response that said customer service is either busy or their system is down.
I have paid for the merchandise but still have yet to recieve a refund, a letter describing their actions, or another package.
I wouldn't buy from them ever again. And for all those who purchased with a credit card I would charge back those charges if you have that protection.
