Continuous harassment. I get calls from their quantity (866-412-6942) as much as 12 times per day, every day, actually Sundays & vacations (that will be illegitimate in my own condition), and also have the phone call records to show it! These calls come whether my mortgage is compensated promptly or not. We also fell prey for their "mortgage reduction" plan. We requested it when my spouse was let go from his work and was unemployed for 11 weeks. Neither people could locate function throughout that period and were attempting to help a household of 5 on just my spouseis unemployment benefits, that was beyond difficult. Despite WFHM's statements of "assisting" us, they really wound up messing us. They simply got all of the previous cash we owed them-and added it about the end-of our 30yr mortgage, without stretching the loan time, which created our funds rise. We created the very first 3 "test funds" of $150, then next our fresh normal payment quantity was $60 significantly more than what we were spending before my spouse got let go.
