My Carecredit account is through GE Money Bank. I opted to go paperless and not receive a monthly paper statement. Now when I try to login I am advised that my ID/Password are invalid. I have reset both. Now I am getting 800 number calls, but they do not leave any voicemail. Today I responded to a call and wound up talking to a foreign person. I explained my problem and was told to correct it I would have to login. Again I explained I could not log in. I asked to change back to paper statements and he told me I would have to login to do that. AGAIN, I told him that was the problem I could not login. I asked to speak with customer service. He told me I would have to login... Unbelieveable!
