I'm a doing a debt negotiation, instead of filing bankruptcy. Harrison Financial Inc, Encino, CA., are handling my account. They negotiated a settlement of $12,135.20 from the original amount of $15,169.01, inwhich Dang's office accepted.
At the same time the settlement was accepted, he had begun garnishing my wages. I sent paperwork to my payroll office, indicating the debt has been paid off, as of 06/29.
Dang's office replied I still owed him $2,726.00. This has to be some type of violation.
