4/2: Just had the worst experience with US Bank Home Mortgage Home Counseling Department. 1. Asked to be trasfered and they require you expalin situation numerous times before transferrring you. 2. Asked for agent name, ID # and location, they refused to give THREE times. 3. Asked for supervisor and they refised to trasfer, give name or leave message. 4. Asked to have previous call recording pulled up and sent to me, they said they dont record all of them... Yea right. 5. Asked to have payment date changed for check by phone, they did not do it and check went through my bank 7 days early. When i told the 'gentleman' about it he said ' well then I guess you should pay your bills on time and it was their problem'. This was the first time ever did not pay by due date. It was 10 days late. They treated me like a ciminal and second rate. Very rude and disrespectful. I work in customer service and was appalled at the attitudes and complete disregard for service and respect to their customers. Sadly the regular customer service department was very nice and helpful but this department tarnished my reputation of the entire company. CLEARLY they think it is ok and this is the culture of their department and the leaders of the department to allow them to treat customers like this without any reprucussions. Makes you wish they did outsource their department to another country, we americans would br treated better!!!
