I've waited 2 weeks since the accident already and nothing to be heard. Ruben claim that it took so long cause they were trying to id who was the driver. The communication is SO bad that I called and left messages and called several times but no response. My question is, why don't anchor deal with their customer the right way like when they try to collect money from everybody? I'm gettting my lawyer involve so I can get my money's worth from paying anchor.
