I called my insurance to notify them about a sand damage incident. They send an inspector/appraiser to look at my vehicle. I was communicated by an agent two weeks later after the inspection was completed. I called several times and finally got a call. The agent ask me to send proof of high winds by email. They confirm my vehicle had sand damage. I sent her a news article discribing the high winds we had during those days the incident occur. I send the email and have not heard anything for another two weeks. I have left several voice messages and respond.
