Will not switch over to new card because we do not have $10

We'd to stop our prepaid credit card since cash was absent and also to obtain a fresh card they're stating we have to have $10 to trigger the card whenever we don't have $10, so that they stated they CAn't do-nothing about this and we're likely to shed our cash which was on the website. This really is incorrect and that I WOn't utilize them again.
