Well if you read the other reports I could write word for word what they wrote so I will.
I signed up for services from First american mitigators back in February. I am just finding out that most likely it is a scam they have taking Thousands of dollars from me and i'm now realizing i'm in trouble and could be losing my home. I'm now 13 months delinquent and may have no options left but to try to sue this company. Michigan law states they should have not take payment until they get a loan modification complete they try to get by this law by teaming up with attorneys " Gilbert Borman" "Borman Law Firm" who are allowed by law to receive payment but goes against and may violate the ethics rules governing attorneys professional conduct in Michigan. So if anyone out there has heard from these guys please stay away. I have had nothing good come out of the services they said they could provide. Anyone out there that reads this that can help the three people that have made these reports and i am sure teir is many more please contact me.
