Looking for information on Aaron and Micheals Debt Collections agency?
I cant say if they are a good or bad company but I can tell you what else is online I wish I knew this before I used their services. I had a man call me that said he was a debt collection agency named Aaron and Michaels and could help me collect a debt. I looked up online the company Aaron and Michaels inc and could not find really anything bad about the company so I decided to use their services. So I talked with Bill Epps and explained I was concerned about the report from Arizona because they collected a debt and never paid it to person they were supposed to and he assured me that case was many years ago and if it was a common event there would be a lot more reports online about collecting money and not paying their clients.
I agreed that seemed to make sense so I said he could continue to collect a debt for me and my bosses company. A few month later I contacted the homeowner that owed the debt to our company to find out if they could pay anything on their account to me and they reported they paid everything in full to Bill Epps.
I asked for receipts and they had paid 4200$ owed to the company I worked for that they paid to Bill Epps deposited in an account in Texas called August investments. The memo section of the checks had my name written to make the homeowners feel like I was getting the money they owed me. I have been trying to get my money from Aaron and Michaels ever since and they havent paid me a dime claiming they will pay some time later.
The Receipts of the checks Bill Epps collected the Money for went through an account called August Investments, Doing Business as Aaron and Micheals?
I looked up the Company August Investments and found them on the complaint:
August Investments STOLE our money. They collected it on our behalf and refused to give any of it to us. RUN AWAY as fast as you can from this company. And if you have been ripped off by them already PLEASE file a police report with the Houston Police Department as they can and will put the owner Micheal Triplett behind bars if they had enough complaints on him to do so. All I can say is it has been months now and I still have not seen a dime from the money collected, nor has anyone from our company. I am just another one in the list of costumers Aaron and Michaels stole money from.
