I cannot believe v. Patel had the gaul & stupidity to state my private account info out loud in front of other customers and then laugh in my face afterwards

The following is a complaint I sent through the www.hsbc.com website regarding the WORST behavior I have ever witnessed in my entire life:

"I have ANOTHER complaint regarding a woman by the name of V. Patel on 5th avenue & 40th street in New York, NY (maybe 10017). HSBC made the mistake of making a double transfer weekly from my checking account to my CD account. It was not my mistake AT ALL. When I reported this AT the bank in New York city, Ms. Patel was not very good in helping me out.

After some coaxing, she started to be WHAT I THOUGHT was helpful, but instead later found out she HAD DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP ME! She told me by the following Monday, when the tranfser is made, it will have been corrected. There will be no more double transfers, just single transfers. Well, it happened again that Monday. She did not fulfill her claim / promise that the double transfer would be cancelled.

Not only that, on the day that I had first encountered her, I asked her to please WRITE down my checking account balance on a piece of paper.inSTEAD, SHE STATES THE BALANCE OUT LOUD IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND LAUGHS AFTERWARDS! And then asks me, "NOW YOU HAVE THE AMOUNT. Do you still want me to write it down?" A man, who was a customer standing next to me, witnessed this - overhearing everything - and was appalled by her action & her response, as I was. I am disgusted by her behavior. THAT WAS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR AND ENTIRELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I was very dissatisfied when she was blurting out loud my account balance even when I specifically told her to write it down on a piece of paper confidentially and then GIGGLES afterwards knowing I was not pleased about what she had just did! That is PERSONAL information that I expect a banker to be smart enough not to blurt out in front of others for various security and personal reasons! IT WAS EMBARASSING, UNCALLED FOR AND MADE ME VERY UPSET & EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. Next time, I will be obtaining PROOF of the service I receive when I walk into an HSBC, by any means... IF I COME BACK!

I am AGAIN dumbfounded by this rude behavior from your personnel. Are you hiring competent workers and do you have any expertise AT ALL in TRAINING? Are your personnel receiving LOW salaries as a result of POOR reviews? I do not want you to do anything regarding my transfers anymore. They have stopped and I would like to keep it that way! Your company will not have to worry about me being an active customer anymore, thanks to the GROSS CONDUCT I received from your people."

That was what I sent. I cannot believe, that skinny dumb female had the gaul and STUPIDITY to state my account info out loud.
