I requested their item 8 weeks before. It was not prepared. I named & requested the FREE container just for shipping because they decreased the purchase & named me the 2nd day-to consult me easily desired to purchase what I'd previously requested your day before.
. I subsequently needed to remember & was handled with a non-stop, speaking, RUDE youthful woman (CUBICAL) Rep. She charged me for just one price, created an error & lifted the price. And extended to deliver the singleton container n / my update of an order of (6) that we HAD ALREADY CANCELLED... I'd to boost my speech & request her many times to simply be peaceful & I would like to complete. I declined additional items often. And never until I confronted to prevent the purchase, did she eventually SHUT UP
I today may deliver back their order & need a complete & total reimbursement & have documented this towards the Credit people & have submitted a problem
