The company called Beneficial Health Group promised that for a one time fee of $299.00 I would receive a Visa credit card with a guaranteed $3,000.00 limit. I never received the card, only an envelope with offers from other companies. I have requested a refund several times to no avail. Months later I was told I would receive an application for a loadable card, which I could not afford to invest in anyway, but still have not received. I am disabled & living on a fixed income. The funds for the initial payment of $299.00 was taked from my checking acct electronically. I was convinced to take this amount from my rent funds and was assured I would receive my card within 20 business days and could go to an ATM machine to replace the $299.00 taken from my rent money. This has caused financial distress and now I am facing eviction. I need this money refunded to avoid eviction from my apartment. This has been going on since June. Please Help!
