Recently I was contacted by Extreme Merchant Services to contact businesses in order to get them to switch to EMS for their credit card/debit card transactions and if I sent them $295 they would set up a website for me. If I provided them with the leads they would give me a percentage of the CC transaction fees.
Gave my info. To them. They have all of my info. How dumb! Received contract from PMR LLC! Next evening they contacted me saying that if I were to give them $8000 they would provide experts to make the contacts for me and I could begin receiving checks within a week or so. Fortunately I didn't.
Now I can't even log into my "website". Called customer service. Answering Machine! Ross Malloy is named as "account executive". Just got a call from Art, @ customer service. I asked for a refund. Art said " We have a one year guarantee and will only refund at the end of the one year period if you are not satisfied".
