I am retired. This company (E Suites) took all my money and promised to build several hotels including one in Tampa. Some parts of the corporation went bankrupt. I was promised to triple my money first in 3 months, then 6 months, then a year and so on.

I need my money. I need to know if they are still in business. I cannot get through by email or phone to contact them. They have been taking about $1500 a year from my investment to finance themselves. I received no K-1 form from them this year which I need for my taxes.

They may not have my correct address, since I moved. I cannot contact them to update it. They owe me $30,000 of my retirement money. Please help.
