Ripoff - 129.95 taken from bank accont, Lamar Jackson no answer, cannot believe I was so stupid to fall for this but I did and do not know what to do about it!

I was contacted via phone somewhere around late June. I was in bad need of money... And the salesman, one Lamar Jackson made it sound so real that I gave him my bank account number totake 129.95 out of my account on 7/2/04. All I know about them is that their name I Phoenix Consumer Services. I was given a confirmation number and everything. You can not reach them by their telephone number of 866-799-2788. What am I to do?
