Phoenix Consumer Services ripoff! Busy line or on hold for over a hour since they took my money. No credit card yet

I was called after sending off some credit card applications online. I was given a great already approved credit card. I just had to pay the activation fee. I asked for written information and was assured my bank account would not charged until i received the iformation. A few days later the 129.95 was withdrawn from my account. I contacted a man by the name of Hamar Jackson who appolgized and put me on hold. I have not been able to get any satisfaction with the return of my money. I am now going to follow up with my bank. Please beware the sharks are out here,
