I have had trouble with this company for over a year. I finally paid my mortgage off in Janurary of but still have not received my deed or an explaination of my status of the mortgage. A week ago, I made my finally payment, 2/24, but today, 3/01, received another payment booklet, showing my payments are lower. I checked my payment histroy, that showing I did not make any payments after August. What happened to all the other payments? It does not even show my payment of $79, I made in Janurary and the payment I made last week.
I too received calls everyday. I stopped answering the phone in December when they called. They always wanted me to ask my family for money, so one day, I asked to borrow money from them, they did not like that. They have tried everyway, shape and form to get my home, but I am fighter and refuse to let them win. My next step is contacting Mr. Richard Ray, Chief Financial Officer of 21st Mortgage and the complaint handler of the BBB of Tenneesse. I am fed up with this company, all I want is my deed, now that my loan is paid off and to be rid of the whole nasty bunch of employees.
