Anyone looking for a home loan? Turn away run don't walk. Don't look to this company for a home loan. They don't care about you.
While at work I was in accident and got hurt, and had to come home early. Upon arriving home I found that my wife was in the midst of a philological breakdown. While taking care of her and getting her some help I was notified that we where late on the payment. I Stated give me a day or so and let me figure out what's going on. That was fine. Then the next day I called 21st Mortgage and explained to them I would not be able to make a payment till next month. And when I did make a payment that it would be for Oct and Nov at one time. I was told that's not good enough.
After several attempts to try and work something out I was told there's nothing we can do. You Either send us the whole payment or we will foreclose. I asked So you will foreclose with being one month behind till I can make two payments. And was told yes. We don't care what problems your having.
After asking my wife about all this. She said she had talked to someone at 21st Mortgage and was told by this individual that she needed to get another job. And that we should be glad that 21st Mortgage took our loan and that we should also be glad that they where letting us live here. I think this is what went a head and pushed my wife over the edge.
