Dan Clark contacted us in April. Promised a loan modification, lower interest, no arearages (sp?). After paying $3000.00 and filling out tons of paperwork, there was no follow-up.
Our mortgage company was never contacted, they stopped returning calls and emails and even blocked our telephone number from contacting them.
Received a questionable phone call this past fall from a woman whose name I don't have available at the moment who stated Dan Clark had been fired and they were investigating the company and working on refunding us. No follow-up calls have been returned to us.
Is exploring the idea of a class action lawsuit...
