The company stated that the tax lien & tax deed site is always up to date and kept current. When in fact the site in many areas had not been updated for over a year. Also, the training video on the site itself talks about how to obtain OTC reports for tax deeds and when I checked out the state of CA then a county in CA. The list they have is a list of a tax auction not a OTC list. Also, the site training video states that each county listed will have a description underneath the state name that will explain how each county is handles the deed sales in that county and it does not have any explanation. Also, it states to send them an email to properties that I may be interested in purchasing. I sent them and email and I have not heard anything. I called the company and was given another number to call. The person did not have any answers for me so they said that they would have someone call me back and when I received a call back they told me that the OTC list from Feb was just sent to them the day before and they would update it in a week. That is actually a lie, I called 9 counties and each stated that the OTC list was sent out with 3 weeks of the sale date so by mid March they should have received it. The lady I spoke with argued with me for 20 minutes and I finally had to ask her to listen to my question without her talking so that she could understand the question. When she stopped talking abd listened she finally had the light bulb go off and said "I see what you are saying". I asked for a corporate address and telephone number and she did not know it. She said she would call me back and I have not heard from her. I called one of the other 5 numbers that I found for the company and nobody can answer my questions for help me and now I want a refund and guess what... Nobody can help
