I called back to the number listed on my caller ID (813-289-4100) and spoke to 'Morgan' who said he worked for Sales Genie and he would like to have someone come out to discuss a "program" to generate sales leads. I informed him that we were a small company and not interested in purchasing any software at this time. I asked him to put us on his no call back list and he gave me a phone number to call that would help me get off the phone list for his company. I called the number given to me and a very nice gentleman said that he wasn't a telemarketer and that he had gotten several phone calls from people like me trying to get on Sales Genie's no call back list. If you are given a phone number that starts with 866-327-XXXX, please do not call. I felt bad for the gentleman that answered the phone at the 866 number as he sounded very frustrated.
