I introduced my clients to Ken to obtain funding for various projects from RE to business loans for professional athletes. Even though Ken signed a Non-Disclosure, he continued to broker the deal, and get a side deal to get compensated leaving me and my sub-brokers without compensation. Ken acknowledges this, but believes that we have no one to blame but ourselves since we relied on him to protect our interests. He claims that because he goes to church all his deals are ethical. Now, I am getting sued by my sub-brokers for compensation. We spoke with the client, and Ken placed all the blame on me. The only one who made money of the deal was Ken because of his side deal with the borrower. Now I have to invest thousands of dollars to defend myself due to his actions.
