They ripped me off for $3500.00, supposedly my closing cost fees. It does not take 60 days to close

I was contacted on 6 feb by a Joe Miranda with an offer to refinance my 9.63% mortgage. He requested copies of utility bills, proof of income, bank statements and mortgage statements

The next day they E-mailed me a Citimortgage conditional approval letter for my initials and signature. Then they sent me deposit instructions to deposit $3500.00 that had to be deposited before the loan could go forward. They said I was approved for an interest rate of 2.56. Who wouldn't go for that. I know, sounds to good to be true...
