Surepoint will gauge you on interest rates and fees. They will tell you it will take a long time for your bank to close your loan, NOT TRUE. They will tell you that rates and fees are the same with everyone, and that all the other mortgage lenders are lying, again, NOT TRUE. Do yourself a favor, if you want to refinance, go to your bank. The rates and fees will be nothing compared to Surepoint. I worked there for over a year, and whenever a Loan Officer raped a customer on rates and fees, they were celebrated like a hero in meetings. It was, this person got an extra 5,000 on this loan. 5,000 thats added to your mortgage multiplied by their high interest rate over 30 years. That extra 5,000 will cost you 30,000 by the time they are done with you.
