Took our Money Upfront and ran! I have not been able to contact anyone in the organization, as all phones have been disconnected. They have $2,450 of our money, and we have nothing to show for it

Located this org on the internet under "Mortgage Loan Modifications. Contacted them via web site after completing questionairre. The date was 9/16/09.

Spoke with Rep who promised relief from my current mortgage rate 0f 7.09. He projected high 4s or low 5s. I had him forward a loan package, which my wife and I reviewed, and we hired their services to deal on our behalf with current mortgage company.

Their fee was $2450, and he promised good results. We forwarded completed packet of all personal information, with copies of payroll, banking statements, outstanding loans, previous tax info etc. Etc. They have my life data and $2450 of my money.

I have bben forced to file bankruptcy, and I need my money back, or a lower loan payment. I am afraid I shall see neither.

I am VERY CONCERNED about all of the info being in criminal hands. They stole my money, and I fear for my Identity.
