I signed up for the annual subscription to automate my newsletter marketing and recieve leads in my geographic zip code. I paid $799.00 for my annual subscription and never recieved an e-mail or phone call after that. I have tried to contact them by phone and e-mail. The only number that works is the sales line on the website. They gave me the service number 888-893-2998. It is not available anywhere on the site. The only way to contact them apparently is through the [email protected] e-mail.
This is always suspect to me. I hate when companies don't let you contact them or make their phone# easily accessible.
Well I still have not heard word from them and will be reversing the charges through my credit card.
