I filed my return with Mo Money Taxes which was filed on January 17th. First of all, they failed to give me paperwork or a copy of my return, they failed to give me their fee and my correct return amount. I later learned the correct amount of my return and learned that it was accepted on January 20th and deposited into Mo Moneys account on February 6th and i was told by where's my refund on the IRS website that if i didn't receive my return by February 11th to contact them. I returned to Mo Money on the 10th with questions about my return and was told by McArthur Davis that i had until Saturday the 11th of February and to check back, only to learn that they did not open at all after going to the office twice on February 11th and they did not open. I returned to Mo Money on February 13th, i asked the question, what happen that they didn't open on Saturday? I got no answer and then i was asked what did i want and i said my refund. Then Mr. Davis asked the other representative did he have a check for me and he said no, then Mr. Davis told me that my check was going to be delivered to me by FedEx this week and gave me a number to the IRS. I called the number to learn that my return was returned due to some issues with Mo Moneys account and that they did not send checks by FedEx and that now my check would be mailed on February 24th. I was given a runaround and mislead by Mo Money Taxes which further delayed my tax return. I feel that the $109 that they charged me should be returned to me considering that my return was not fully executed by them. It was returned to the IRS and now i have to wait longer to receive my money.
