Be aware of this company/person: Pros inc, www.internetsearchinc.com, Deepak Wadhwani 241 14th st, San Diego, CA 92101..!!!
In April we partnered with this person for providing our services to his clients. Profit sharing was agreed to be 50-50 after deducting resource cost. We provided services to 5 of his clients and 2 of his websites (internetsearchinc.com, sandiegovips.com & couponsdealspromos.com for 6 months and raised the invoice of about $13,500. Everything seems fine till we raised the invoice, He stopped replying emails and answering phone calls. After lot of followups he agreed to pay only $4000!!! That too took 3 months.
Till date he has not paid the balance amount and gives one or the other reason. We are planning to take legal action against him and his company (which i know is not even registered in CA!!!)
He lies that he has a team of more than 50 employees. Please note he is the only employee of his company and have some freelancers in India.
Think twice before dealing with this company or the person.
