Unfair Credit Bureau Reporting Late Payment

Throughout the Summertime of 2011 I had been unemployed. I've had a home loan on the home in Grand Junction Colorado.

I'd been spending exactly the same cost since Spring of 2008 and also have never been overdue.

In August of this past year I obtained a notice from BOA having a look for the quantity of the cost I'd produced in July.

I approached BOA and was informed the had me the look for my cost since I'd settled the wrong quantity. They'd increased my cost do to an change they'd chose to create about the escrow part of my cost towards the melody of $82.00 per month to get a whole of $984.00 annually.

I had been attached to a professional and that I described my scenario that I had been unemployed and may not pay the extra $82.00 because of my work position. The consultant provided me a smaller increase of $34.00 to my complete cost that we decided to spend.

I then instantly transferred the check they delivered me and delivered a brand new look for the brand new add up to BOA and also have extended to pay for this quantity since.

In November I examined my credit using the Creditkeeper evaluation support and unearthed that BOA had documented my September cost as thirty days late which decreased my credit score rating by around 40-50 pts.

I called BOA plus they have declined to fix the reporting despite the fact that the problem of the September cost despite the fact that I'd created my cost in great faith and had never had a late-payment about the background of the mortgage.

Personally I think that is exceptionally unjust method to handle a person and that I would really like any guide of so what can be achieved. I've submitted a challenge through Credit Owner However It continues to be displaying on my current credit history.
