In the end of December Tony Kaith offered me 3 months of free service.
ECO-TAX charged me $60.00 on January 1st. Later a women from ECO-TAX contacted me and said that she would make a note so it would not happen again. She also implied that I will get a refund for $60.00 charge made in January. Obviously, nobody cares to make sure I get 3 months of free service nor a refund.
In addition, since November I have been asking ECO-TAX to look into my 2010 state tax return. Despite multiple promises to do so I have yet to see any attempt to solve this issue.
So far ECO-TAX services leaves a lot to be desired.
