Mortgage Investors continues to put their employees and clients in a financial dificulty. They think only about themselves and with that said that is why Bill Edwards owner and CEO is selling the company. He lives in a mansion and he has hundreds of employees every month getting terminated and some homeless because he allows his Director Frank and his colleagues treat the telemarketers as if they were second class citizens. The sad part about that is alot of these telemarketers have a Bachelors, Masters and even a PHD-unlike the employees that they promote to verifier and/or supervisor-lucky if they have a high school degree. Why do you ask?
Simple it makes Frank and his buddies think they are big wigs because they can control these people-something has to make them feel macho! They lie to what they call a HR department but most importantly they lie to the VETERANS! The supervisors/verifiers that get on the line telling you that you are looking at a 3% rate is doing so illegally-they are not licenced. Also the only way to get on the "Do Not Call" list is to speak to one of them and they try to bully you into a meeting. I got terminated after being assured the day before I was not getting fired because two employees were bullied into writing documentation about me that was said and done after we were clocked out. Also-the information was not even close to accurate.
I got terminated along w / approx 60 plus employees and the statement to all of us was they are making changes.interesting how they told Unemployment different-that I was doing an unsatisfactory job. I had just got my seventh appointment 2 minutes before they called me out like the rest like a bunch of cows about to get slaughtered. With the economy the way it is now my unemployment is put on hold until I get a chance to appeal. This is such a great company huh??? The average person that month got 2-3 appointments due to the holidays-plus I always put in overtime.
If there is an attorney out there interested contact me because it is time we the people that work each and every day including our Veterans have a say-and Bill edwards maybe you should sell your mansion-get rid of the Franks in your company and make sure you retire knowing your company is what you strived it to be-not what it is now-one big mess with alot of drugs, and ignorant management and please clean up your HR staff starting with Jenna! Oh and the podium-Josh and the Direcector Frank you need to kiss goodby to-and lets add some of your verifiers and supervisors-Alan, Suzy Q, Bob, sorry Lue you are a good guy but only to some people, and time Stewart to retire.
