The employees do not make enough. The supervisor, Jacob, is firing a bunch of people and not rehiring. He's making other employees do more than supposed to. When employees ask about pay raise, they get laughed at by the supervisor. These guys make like 60 a car. New supervisor makes like 22 an hour. I would like to see the pay rise. The supervisors learn how to do the job right. None of the employees can do anything because the company's main office isn't in San Antonio. So noone's complaints are heard.
