Bruce Spence. We need a business loan, he offered us $500,000.00 USD, but wants $1,510.00 USD up front, to be sent by Western Union. I tried to get him to do this by Bank to Bank Transfer, but He will not

We need a business loan to expand our business, we must purchase machinery to do this. This company and Bruce Spence has agreed to send us $500,000.00 USD on a 5 year loan at 3% interest rate. However he wants us to send him $1,510.00 USD by Western Union. I told him I would send the money to him on a Bank to Bank Transfer, but he refuses. I can't find anything about the company, who he claims has been in business sence 1984. He says his Register number is ISO-897760UK. I don't trust him.
