Whereby the client they have is in defraud but if they have to contract this person they are using my phone number and address as a measure to locate him and them which includes the wife
Anthony Schipiour a/k/a Anthony "Tony" Russell which his name was legally changed to in cook county illinois used my address and phone number and who knows what else to obtina a 388k loan from olympus Mortgage Co in Orange Ca. With the aid of his wife Georgiaa Markopolous and with assistance from his Atty Daniel Walker Jr.in Hinsdale Illinois.
This loan was done without a real apraisal because because I had become ill no one came into the property other than my children and there friends. The next door property was valued at under 300k which is the same type of home I am living in.
From all the documents coming to my address before and after the loan was approved and allowed Mr. Schipiour and his wife along with his attorney seem to have done what within the industry is call flipping and or he was trying to do so.
A flip is when you get two and or three homes at one time so that each lender will not beable to see that there are other transaction being funded at the same time. Within the state of Illinois Flipping is illegal. The reason I knwo this is because I was in the mortgage industry for over 8 yrs.
The loan funding in April and is seems to be in default due to none payment by Mr. Schipiour. Whose name was changed to Russell in the year 2002 within Cook County Court System.
His wife was the person I lease the home from never had any ownership of the property from the beginning and without my knowledge leased me a home which was not legally in her name a the owner collected rents upon I stop paying because I had problems with plumbing whereby my water billing slyroceketed to 700-800 and month each two month billing cycle for a small three bedroom home.
I complained about this to various policing agencies and got no where.
But since the purchase I had filed Bankruptcy which they're lawyer moved the case out of and then sue me in court for 14,300 to be paid to anthony schipiour who I had no idea took possesion of the property due to this sale and loan by Olympus.
I spoke to a number of other illinois residence who also had the same complain about being leased property which the landlord never owned whereby they are kicked into the streets after the courts either allow forclosures on these properties and or the property is abandon by the landlord they were able to "Juice" enough money out of the property.
The woman in this messed uses over 5 names and address retating her phone number and I had not spoke to her at all prior to the action in district court just before I filed Bankuptcy and became to investigate her.
