Warning. OREGON FIRST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION, formerly known as Oregon Federal Credit Union, will not automatically put your name back on the County Records as owner of your home/property after you have paid off your first or second mortgage with them.
What this means is, THEY remain on the County Records... Should you die then they will still have a lein on your home/property. And will wind up being paid all over again.
How many thousands of Oregon homeowners think that their County Records have no leins since they have paid off in full their loan with OREGON FIRST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION.
Take heed and contact the county in which your propery is located and see if there are fraudulent leins on it.
My wife and discovered OFCCU will only remove the lein on your peoperty if they are paid at least SEVENTY ($70.00) DOLLARS!!!
I am thinking of contacting an attorney...
