He's declining to refund my cash stating they don't provide a return. I told him how he got my information through lenders lay plus they the main one who supplied him with my charge card info. I just went to get a meeting plus they got my info within the program. They first had decided to problem me reimbursement and today 2 weeks later billed my bill again $99 or used to do not really do any enterprise with him or his organization. I named him and he's stating he won't return to cope with it he doesn't care.
