I went for an appointment plus they closed my up for instruction with this particular organization. Our charge card was billed but this Upward Bound Instruction organization didn't reveal that I have to finish the program in 3 months. Since I've not finished the program however & I had been likely to begin learning, they're informing me I have to spend extra charge to increase the 3 months. A rip-off. I've sent emails for them however they are now being really obscure within their emails.
